What the lab teaches
Missing proof and contradiction lead to different decisions.
Established within scope
All declared teaching obligations are satisfied. This wording never escapes the declared fixture.
Blocked
The record is coherent, but required evidence or admission is missing. No mutation should occur.
Invalid
An observed contradiction exists—for example, the writer changed a path outside the declared footprint.
Uncheckable
A required artifact is unavailable, so the review pauses until that artifact is supplied.
